Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific plumbing fixtures you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware, manuals, and decorative trim pieces are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixtures for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
