Tuck Plumbing Fixtures provides premium hardware only. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber for installation to ensure your manufacturer warranty remains valid.
What is your return policy for installed items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been installed or connected to plumbing. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
Are your products compatible with standard U.S. plumbing?
Yes, all fixtures sold at Tuck are designed to meet standard U.S. NPT (National Pipe Thread) requirements unless specifically noted in the product description.
How do I care for specialty finishes like Matte Black or Brushed Gold?
